Prevention of Ocupational Hazards
Occupational hazard prevention should be integrated into the company's overall management system, in all its activities, and at all hierarchical levels through the drawing up and implementation of a plan for the Prevention of Occupational Hazards.
Management of Occupational Health and Safety ensures compliance with Law 31/1995 of 8 November (amended in April 2007), and regulates the actions to be taken by employers and that making them responsible and liable for this matter. Therefore, compliance with this Act by the employer guarantees effective development of his business.
